Greg Levesque, a Certified E-Discovery Specialist, is our Senior eDiscovery Director for Cicayda. A graduate of Roger Williams University, Greg has over 15 years of experience in eDiscovery management and consulting. His eDiscovery project management, client consulting, and application development experience brings incredible value to Cicayda’s mission. Greg manages matters for litigation, investigations, legal hold automation and system analysis. His work as a Sr. eDiscovery Director guides our team with experience and expertise in the field of Project Management. We asked Greg a few questions about his experiences and tenure in eDiscovery Client Success.
1. What do you enjoy most about working at Cicayda?
Cicayda is a great place to work. It’s a small team that is like family. Everyone works hard. We enjoy working together and supporting each other.
2. How did you get into legal technology?
I got my first start in legal technology over 15 years ago as a technical project manager, supporting PMs, Operations and Software Development. It was a great way to see all the challenges in eDiscovery both from a client facing perspective, as well as behind the scene in the technology. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to serve in many different roles, from Operations Manager, Quality Assurance, Software Development Manager, Project Management, etc. At Cicayda I have the opportunity to pull from all my past experience to support our clients and our Cicayda team.
3. What do you enjoy most about being a Project Manager in eDiscovery?
Being a Project Manager in a small company allows me to wear several different hats. I find it rewarding to help a new client get started with Cicayda and watch them be successful. I also enjoy being involved in the behind the scene work at Cicayda, where all the magic happens. At the end of the day, the great team environment we have at Cicayda is what I enjoy most.
